About personalization
You type the name or text you want (up to 14 characters for most products), choose the available design and options, and add it to your order. We print exactly what you type — capitals, accents, and apostrophes included.
A designer reviews every order for layout and spelling before it goes to press. If something looks off, we'll email you before printing.
If you catch a typo within an hour of placing your order, email us at orders@scriptandscribble.com and we'll fix it. After that window, your order is likely already in production.
Each product has its own font and color options — you'll see them on the product page and in the personalization flow. Most products offer four font styles (Script Italic, Classic Serif, Modern Caps, Typewriter) and five pad colors (Blush, Sky, Sage, Wisteria, Peach).
Shipping & delivery
All our products are made to order. Production times vary. Usually ships within 1–2 weeks. Delivery time is additional.

Returns & exchanges
Because every piece is made to order with your specific personalization, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or personalization errors on the customer's end (typos you entered).
If there's a misprint on our side — wrong spelling, wrong color, printing defect — we'll reprint and reship at no charge. Just email a photo to orders@scriptandscribble.com within 14 days.
Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately — no return needed. We pack carefully, but the mail can be rough.
Gift giving
Gift wrap. Includes tissue paper, a scallop sticker seal, and a handwritten card with your message. Add your gift note at checkout.
Absolutely. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. No invoice or pricing is included in gift shipments — just the product, the wrap, and your note.

Yes — for orders of 25+ identical items (same design, different names is fine). Email trade@scriptandscribble.com with what you need and we'll send a quote within one business day.
