Processing & Shipping

Script and Scribble products are made to order. Our standard processing time is 3 business days before shipment unless a product page states otherwise. You will receive tracking information by email when your order is on its way.

Available destinations, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Personalized Items

Because personalized pieces are made specifically for you, they are final sale unless an item arrives damaged or we make an error in the personalization. If the mistake is ours, we will make it right.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Please contact us before sending a return.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, production may already be underway and changes may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and a short description of the issue.
